Scan or Visit To Start

Injured party contacts Dooctor.ie by scanning the QR code or visiting the landing page URL.

Complete Online Form

The injured party enters contact details and completes online payment.

Phone or Video Consultation

Dooctor.ie arranges for a doctor to call back within 30 minutes and a referral letter will be provided where required.

If a private scan is indicated and the injured party wishes to claim from the LGFA Injury Fund, a Preliminary Claim Form along with the referral letter must be submitted to the Injury Fund for Prior Approval prior to the scan date.

Referral Options

  • Nearest A&E or Minor Injury Unit the same day.
  • MRI, Ultrasound, Scan or X-ray within 48 hours from approved provider.
  • Referral letter will be provided to injured party to get prior approval through the LGFA Injury Fund.
  • With a referral, there is no charge for the injured party on arrival at A&E in a hospital or minor injury unit. A charge will be incurred at a private injury clinic or if a scan is required.
