- Recommend attending one of our walk-in clinics if a physical examination is needed

Yes. Parents and guardians can book online consultations for children. Our doctors can assess many common childhood illnesses and will advise if an in-person examination is needed.
If your doctor believes a physical examination is necessary, they will recommend attending one of our clinics. Under our Dooctor.ie Follow-Up Guarantee, you won’t pay a second consultation fee for your clinic visit.
Yes. You can attend your consultation from anywhere, provided you have a stable internet or phone connection. Please note that prescriptions and certain services are only available where clinically and only valid in Ireland.
Have a list of your symptoms, any medications you’re taking, relevant medical history, and your PPS number if applicable. If you’ve had recent test results or hospital letters, it’s helpful to have them available during your consultation.
