Refund Policy

Patients are entitled to a full refund if Dooctor.ie is unable to provide the booked service, or if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

To request your refund, please email info@dooctor.ie with your booking details. Refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method.
