AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) Installed in All Dooctor.ie Clinics Nationwide
We are proud to announce that Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are now available across all 15 Dooctor.ie clinics nationwide.
AEDs are vital pieces of medical infrastructure that can save lives during sudden cardiac arrest. By ensuring each of our clinics is equipped with this life-saving technology, we are making healthcare not only more accessible but also safer for the communities we serve.
The rollout was recently marked at our Galway clinic with the support of Cllr Alan Cheevers, who highlighted the importance of AEDs in local healthcare.
This milestone comes at the same time as World Heart Day, a reminder of the need for awareness, prevention, and early intervention when it comes to heart health.
In addition to investing in life-saving infrastructure, we’re proud to have launched Cardiac Screening services — helping patients take proactive steps toward monitoring and protecting their heart health.
