She was the first dietitian that was part of the TV show in the year it won an IFTA. Aoife places emphasis on aligning with current best practice and recognises that obesity is a complex and multi-faceted chronic disease that requires a specialised treatment pathway. In 2023, Aoife stepped down as nutrition expert.
